Tear pages from an old book and collage them onto a piece of cardstock.
Water down some cream acrylic paing and brush around the joins of the page to unify the background.
Adhere the border strip from the Anthem: Classic patterned paper across the bottom of the page.
Cut the little boy and his dog, and the balloons from the Dream Big patterned paper.
Cut some of the rainbow colour pattern from the remaining piece of Dream Big paper; adhere it up the LHS of the page.
Mat a 4inch x 6inch photo on the Anthem: Classic patterned paper; adhere it on the LHS of the page over the rainbow pattern paper.
Adhere a couple of stickers from the Anthem Journal Tag Sticker sheet alongside the photo.
Adhere the Coupon Journaling card to the right of the photo; use the Holly Doodle letter stickers to make your title on the tag. Outline around the letters with your journaling pen.
Adhere the image of the little boy and his dog between the Coupon card and the photo.
Adhere the balloons in the top right quadrant of the page.
Adhere some strips of paper from the Anthem: Classic paper above the photo, along with one of the Journal Tag Stickers. Add your journaling on this.
Add some buttons as desired.

Old paper taken from an aged book
Dark brown fibre
Embroidery floss
Buttons

Gingham and spotted ribbons.

Use a sheet of Hooty as the basis for your page. Decorate the bottom of the page with strips of coordinating papers and ribbons.
Cut a piece of Cubicle paper, and adhere it alongside a sheet of old book paper in the middle of your page.
Adhere a 6inch x 4inch photo over the top.
Use fibre or floss to shape a half circle around the papers, framing the photo.
Cut out circles of patterned paper, fabric and hessian and mix them with the Sassafras Sweet Treat stickers to decorate the fibre outline. Add buttons and brads. Embroider over some of the circle embellishments. Add Kindy Glitz glitter as desired.
Add more Sweet Treat stickers and some hand stitching above and below the photo.
Use a pencil to outline your title on the cherry red cardstock; cut out and adhere at the bottom of the photo.
Add your journaling onto the Cubicle paper.

Use the Spills and Splatters stamp with some green ink to splatter the background of the white cardstock (or you could use some watered-down green paint to splatter the background)
Mat a 3inch x 4inch photo with white cardstock. Lay over the top of a white doily.
Run a couple of fabric strips across the page under the photo
Ruch a green satin ribbon and adhere over the top of the fabric.
Rub some twigs and dandelions from the Hambly rubons on either side of the photo.
Cut out some grass fronds from the green cardstock and adhere over the twigs and dandelions.
Pull apart the Prima mini bouquet and adhere some of the blossoms up the side of the photo, and along the garden scape.
Scrunch up some Kaiser flowers and apply hot glue to the scrunched part to hold them together; adhere where desired along garden scape.
Cut some fine strips of green cardstock and wet them. Roll around a pencil and allow to dry. Remove and adhere alongside flowers.
Fashion a small kite from white cardstock; add some pink paper accents. Adhere at top of layout.
Fashion a string for the kite from some white embroidery floss and adhere.
Add journaling and title in handwriting using a journaling pen.

Tear a strip of the Sizzle patterned paper and lay it across a piece of blue cardstock.
Cut a 1cm strip of the Aggie patterned paper and lay it over the top of the Sizzle strip, red polka dots up.
Cut a 1cm strip of orange cardstock and lay it over the join of both these paper strips.
Mat a series of four 2inch x 3inch photos on white cardstock; distress edges and adhere above the paper strips.
Cut a piece of the Sugar Syrup patterned paper; outline image with journaling pen; adhere vertically on LHS of photos.
Compose title on far left of arrangement, using Fashion Script stickers; outline them with journaling pen.
Cut a dog out of the Aggie patterned paper, outline with journaling pen and adhere at base of Sugar Syrup element, using 3D tape.
Cut a strip of the xox ribbon and adhere under the photos.
Adhere the Jenni Bowlin ticket over the ribbon and use a pin to decorate.
Scatter brads and Element Stickers as desired to decorate layout
Add journaling using a white pen.

Cut a strip of the Chintz paper and adhere it to the bottom of your white cardstock background.
Adhere a 6inch x 4inch photo in the middle of the page, just resting on the top of the Chintz strip.
Peel off three border strips from the Element Stickers sheet and overlay them at the top of the Chintz paper strip. The pink strip just slightly overlaps over the top of the photo.
Remove two more of the border strips from the Element Stickers sheet and run them vertically up the page on the RHS of the photo.
Cut two circles from the Hampton paper (one circle is slightly larger than the other). Ink around the edges with the Old Paper ink. Distress edges slightly.
Repeat with the Empress Cream paper.
Create flowers by adhering the smaller circle on top of the other and sew a button in the middle using embroidery floss. Adhere the flowers on top of the border strip stems.
Add some leaves from the Element Stickers sheet to the stems.
Add a bird and wing from the Element Stickers sheet on top of the tallest flower.
Add the title using the Simple Sandra letter stickers above photo on LHS of page.
Handwrite journaling down the LHS of the photo.

Mat a 6inch x 4inch photo with the Rind paper. Ink the edges with the Walnut Stain ink and then distress edges. Adhere matted photo in the middle of a piece of Clementine paper.
Cut along one line of the pattern on the Quince paper to create a strip of scalloped paper. Trim to it spans about three quarters of the width of the matted photo. Adhere under the photo.
Cut some of the images from the Mandarin and Orange Smoothie papers and adhere over the Quince strip to create a floral accent.
Cut a black, orange and grey butterfly from the Winsome paper and adhere as shown.
Add the title below the floral accent using the Black Tie letter stickers.
Ink around the edges of the layout using the Walnut Stain ink.

Turn the Wild Child paper green side up.
Add Patterns overlay over the top.
Cut 6inch x 4 inch photo into three sections and adhere to page.
Cut some twigs from the Twigs and Weeds overlay and adhere up the LHS of the page, and also in the bottom RH corner.
Cut up the Blue Swirl glitter die cut and add over the top of the twigs on LHS of page, and up the top RH side of the page.
Cut a strip of the Mini Graph overlay and adhere it across the bottom of the page.
Cut a 1cm strip of Hip to the Jive paper and adhere at base of Mini Graph piece.
Paint the chipboard branch brown and the leaves green
Paint the chipboard bird house cream. Adhere some red cardstock behind the floral cut out.
Cover the chipboard bird and wing with the Moon Glade pattern paper. Add a rhinestone for an eye. Add Kindy Glitz around outline of wing.
Adhere chipboard elements onto layout below photo, as shown.
Cut grass fronds from Vogue paper and adhere to page.
Cover chipboard grass with Vogue paper and adhere along the Hip to the Jive paper strip.
Paint chipboard flowers red and orange; apply kindy glitz; adhere to layout.
Add title below branch using the Simple Sandra letter stickers.
Handwrite journaling below title.
Add rhinestones to decorate.

Instructions:

Tear approx 1cm from each edge of the blue distressed patterned paper. Distress edges further.
Adhere to dark brown cardstock background.

Cut a strip of Reindeer Games paper and cut rough scallops across it. Trim to about 27cm. Outline scallops with black pen. Adhere about one third from the bottom of page.

Cut strip of Take a Chance paper so you get one whole row of the pattern. Trim to about 27 cm. Adhere above the scallop strip.

Cut a reverse scallop strip of Love Letters paper so the yellow circles are showing. Trim to about 27cm. Adhere above the scallop strip.

Cut a row of red circles from the Corduroy paper. Trim to about 20cm. Adhere below the Take a Chance strip, over the top of the brown scalloped strip. Adhere random lengths of trims above the Corduroy strip.

Adhere 6x4 inch photograph above the border strips, in the middle of the page.

Thread embroidery thread through three yellow and three orange buttons.

Cut tree from the Say Timber paper, and a cloud from the In Love paper, and adhere both on RHS of photo. Cut an apple from the Dream Land paper and adhere, along with an orange and a yellow button, at base of tree.

Cut a rainbow from the Promises paper and adhere on LHS of photo, down near the border strips. Add a sticker from the Woodland Whimsy Sweet Treat stickers sheet at the end of the rainbow. Adhere a yellow and orange button below sticker.

Cut a cloud from the In Love paper and adhere at top LH corner of layout. Adhere a yellow and orange button below cloud. Cut two hearts from the In Love paper and adhere them below the buttons.

Add title to layout on LHS of photograph, using Simple Sandra letter stickers.

Doodle a border around entire edge of blue paper background, using black journaling pen.

Add journaling with black journaling pen.

Journaling Pen

Cut a piece of the Commando paper that is large enough to both mat your photo and provide room for your journaling. Swipe around the paper with brown distress ink. Adhere the paper just below centre in the middle of a piece of Low Rise background paper.

Cut three scalloped strips from the remaining Commando paper. Trim so they are slightly longer than the edges of the solid Commando piece. Swipe around the scalloped edge with brown distress ink. Adhere the strips around the edge of the solid piece (not along the bottom), leaving a few millimetres of the Low Rise paper showing through between the scalloped strips and the solid sheet. Trace a fine line around the scalloped strips using your black journaling pen.

Ahere the photo in the top LH corner of the solid Commando piece. Cover a small chipboard heart from the Mellow Chipboard with a piece of red patterned paper from the Corduroy piece and swipe around the edges with brown distress ink. Adhere it and two glazed brads at the top LH corner of the photo. Adhere a small brown photo corner from the Kazoo Kids chipboard on the top RH corner of the Commando piece to balance.

Cut journaling strips from some coffee stained cardstock. Swipe around them with brown distress ink. Journal on them and adhere below the photograph.

Cut a piece of cream lace slightly wider than the Commando paper in the middle of the layout; adhere beneath the frame you've made. Cut a zig-zag blue strip the same width as the lace from the Corduroy paper. Swipe along the bottom of the strip with brown distress ink. Adhere beneath the cream lace (slip it just underneath the lace).

Cut a strip of blue dots from the Corduroy paper the same width as the lace and adhere over the top of the lace. Fashion a bow from thick brown ribbon; adhere at the bottom RH corner of the Commando paper. Cut a khaki flower from the Corduroy strip and adhere a letter sticker on it.
Adhere the flower, a glazed brad and a postage stamp above the brown bow.

Apply Rubons to a small strip of frayed calico and adhere above the photo mat, to form the title.

Trim a sheet of grey cardstock to approx 11cm x 11cm; adhere onto the green spotted side of the Kincaid Ave paper.
Trim the sheet of Fancy Pants Splendid paper to approx 11cm x 11cm; adhere over the top of the grey cardstock, just a bit to the right and a bit lower
Handcut some large scallops from the Meade Ave paper; trim to fit across the width of the Splendid paper; adhere at base of paper
Cut a thin strip of the Darby paper and adhere over the top of the large scallop.
Cut a thin strip of Narrow Street paper and adhere overlapping the Darby strip
Cut a floral shape from the Beach Floral paper and adhere across the centre of the layout.
Place photos over the top of the floral embellishment shape.
Cut a small square of the Blue Prints paper and place it under the top LH corner of the photo cluster.
Cut a strip of metal mesh and run it up the LHS of the photo cluster.
When happy with placement of photos and major embellishments, adhere them down. Affix metal mesh with handstitching, using a neutral colour embroidery thread.
Arrange a Noteworthy die-cut, the bird from the You are My Sunshine acetate strip, and the Photographie sticker at the bottom LH corner of the photos.
Add a small piece of metal mesh and another of the Photographie stickers at the top RH corner of the photos, to add balance.
Add title using Doodlebug stickers on the RHS of the bottom photo; mix two or more sets of fonts to give a random eclectic effect; outline the letters with your journaling pen.
Add journaling all the way around the photo cluster.
Add handstitching to two sides of the layout using grey embroidery thread.

Cut small patterned paper pieces of varying dimensions and adhere randomly in a line under the photo and journaling block; add some shapes cut from the patterned paper, and some cardstock stickers along the border strip.
Machine stitch a border through the middle of the paper piece border, and all the way around the photo/journaling block to make a border.
Cut a shape from the patterned paper and adhere to the left of the photo.
Add journaling.

Cut a piece of calico a couple of cms larger than your photo on all sides; fray edges. Adhere calico and photo in centre of cardstock page.
Tear a strip of music paper and adhere over the top of a strip of pink scalloped cardstock at base of photo.
Draw a rough circle to frame your photo using pencil. Machine sew several lines of stitching, using the pencil line as your guide.
Adhere letter stickers to form title above photo on RHS
Adhere flower over the top of a small piece of patterned transparency above photo on LHS
Adhere flower over the top of a small piece of patterned transparency, on the strip of music paper, below photo on RHS
Cut a third flower in half and adhere over a thin strip of striped paper, along the base of layout.

Colour pencils

I used three 4x6inch photos that I cropped down a bit. Line them up across your page at about the half way mark; adhere
Hand-draw an arrow above the photo series to draw attention to the subject matter.
Write journaling around the arrow.
Hand-draw a little scene beneath the photo series, using your journaling pen. (I drew mine in pencil first then traced over it with the marker pen).
Colour in arrow and parts of your hand-drawn scene using colour pencils.
Add letter stickers and other embellishments.

Cut out a piece of the Snowballs paper so that it's bigger than your photo by at least 1cm on each side, and approx 2 cm at the bottom. Adhere photo to mat.
Dip white cardstock into coffee and allow to dry. Stamp part of title onto coffee stained cardstock. Cut around individual letters and adhere to bottom of photo. Add letter stickers onto photo mat to complete title.
Machine sew around photo mat using brown thread.
Adhere photo mat to Iceblue paper.
Write journaling onto a piece of notepaper and tear out of notebook. Ink around edges of paper using distress inks. Apply ink with a sponge to get a subtle shaded effect.
Arrange journaling paper and other embellishments to left of photo; adhere.

Cut a strip of the Leapfrog paper; draw a grassy border on the top of it and cut along penline; adhere to base of Daisy Doodle paper.
Adhere 5x7inch photo on RHS of layout, just above grassy border.
Adhere Sheer Crown over top of subject's head.
Roughly draw a circle from the Prima paper; colour in some of the circles using coloured pencils.
Hand-draw a trunk on the Wing Ding paper; cut out and position over the top of Prima circle to make a tree; when happy with positioning adhere on LHS of layout above grass border.
Hand-draw clumps of grass from the Royal Dots paper and the reverse of the Wing Ding paper; adhere around base of tree trunk.
Cut small strips of the Wing Ding paper; adhere as stems along grass strips and adhere chipboard buttons on top of them. Doodle around edge of buttons using black marker pen.
Decorate some of the coloured circles on the tree with brads.
Add brads into the holes of the chipboard button "flowers".
Add journaling down the LHS of the tree trunk.
Add title using red rubons at base of layout.
Add red bird rubon to tree.
Add a sprinkling of red star rubons at base of grassy clumps.
Add subtitle onto sheer crown.

Doodle a wavy line around the white cardstock sheet about 1cm in from the edge
Using your doodled line, add another line a couple of mms in along the bottom and colour in cm blocks as shown; draw scallops around remaining three edges
Cut out white cardstock using your doodling as the guide; adhere to blue cardstock background.
Mat the two smaller photo with coordinating scraps of cardstock; adhere photos in a group on the white cardstock
Cut a piece of the Autumn Leaves Rockin' paper the length of your large photo and adhere it alongside the photo.
Cut out circles and stars from the Autumn Leave patterned papers and adhere on layout as desired.
Paint chipboard letters white; when paint is dry doodle over the top with black pen, then seal with dimensional magic. Adhere title to base of layout.
Add journaling along LHS of page.
Add in buttons and doodled lines to replicate bouncing balls, in keeping with the theme of the page.

This one is sooo easy to make!
I used papers on the old BasicGrey Sweetpea Jack range, but you're unlikely to find them any longer. To achieve a similar look, choose any BasicGrey plain distressed background paper and three coordinating patterns. You'll also need a black pen, some dimensional paint and your title in chipboard letters.

Crop 8 photos so that they are square. I think mine were around 2.5inch square, or thereabouts. Measure up the centre of your page into a grid of 9x 2.5inch squares (or whatever the dimensions of your photos are).

Set aside your focal photo. Adhere the remaining 7 photos onto the grid so that they are square and abut each other, as shown.

Cut a 2.5inch square from one of the coordinating papers. Adhere in the square on the bottom RH corner. Adhere your focal photo over the top on a slight angle.

Measure and draw pencil lines about 0.5cm apart in the space remaining in your grid. Allow the pencil lines to extend out to the LHS past the grid. Pencil in your journaling. Trace over the top with pen. Erase the pencil lines.

Cut 4x 1cm strips freehand from one of the remaining coordinating patterned papers. Let the strips be a bit wonky, rather than perfectly uniform. Place strips around the edge of the layout.

Cut 2x 1cm strips from the other coordinating patterned paper - I used a coordinating stripe - and slip them in underneath the other strips so they run down the LHS of the layout and along the bottom, as shown.

Adhere all strips.

(The pattern on my papers had circles already on it, so I've just cut around the circles. To mimic this effect you could punch some circles from a coordinating paper and adhere them randomly around the edge of the page. Similarly, the pattern on the paper had a hand-stitching effect; which you could mimic by actually stitching - in fact, I think I might go back and add some hand-stitching over the top of my original page!)

Hand letter part of your title up around the LHS of the grid of photos. Finish your title by spelling the key word with chipboard letters.

Draw a pencil line around your focal photograph and around the edge of your hand lettering. Using the dimensional paint applicator, dot tiny paint dots using the pencil line as a guide (position your dots a couple of millimetres away from the pencil line so that you can erase the line once the paint's dry).

Cut a free hand "x" and "o" from coordinating paper and adhere at the bottom LHS of the photo grid, as shown.

Add in the date along the bottom of the photos, as in the picture.
